• Your name and email address, so we can create your session and send your preview or download link.
• The photo you upload and the headshots generated from it.
• Your style, wardrobe, favorite, package, and selection choices.
• Payment status and order details, processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic device, browser, usage, analytics, and security information, including events that help us understand and improve the service.
• Support messages or other information you choose to send us.

How We Use Information

• To validate your uploaded photo and generate headshot previews.
• To show watermarked previews before payment and deliver watermark-free downloads after payment.
• To send transactional emails, including preview, receipt, and download-link messages.
• To process checkout, confirm payment, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• To improve the product, measure conversion, diagnose reliability issues, and protect the service.
• To respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Use.

Photos and AI Processing

Your uploaded photo is used to create your Profile Guru headshots. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your uploaded photo or generated headshots to train a shared Profile Guru model.

We may send your photo and related prompts to trusted service providers, including AI image generation and cloud infrastructure providers, solely to operate the service and deliver your order.

Retention and Deletion

Uploads, previews, and final headshots are stored only as long as needed to provide the service, support downloads, and troubleshoot issues. Download links are intended to remain available for up to 30 days after generation or purchase.

You can request deletion by emailing help@myprofileguru.com. We may retain limited records where required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, security, or legal reasons.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to run Profile Guru, including hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security checks, and AI image generation. These providers may process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Analytics and Tracking
