Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Profile Guru at myprofileguru.com. Profile Guru is a product from Quiltmind. By using the service, uploading a photo, viewing previews, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Profile Guru. For questions, email help@myprofileguru.com.

The Service

Profile Guru lets you upload one photo, choose style preferences, review AI-generated watermarked previews, and purchase watermark-free headshot downloads. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and an email address you are allowed to use.
• You must upload only photos of yourself or photos you have the right and consent to use.
• You must not upload photos of children, non-consenting people, celebrities, public figures, or anyone you are trying to impersonate.
• You must not use the service for fraud, deception, harassment, illegal activity, or misleading identity claims.
• You must not interfere with the service, bypass security checks, scrape the site, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

AI-Generated Results

Profile Guru uses AI image generation. Results may vary and may not be perfect, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. AI-generated images may include inaccuracies in clothing, hair, facial details, accessories, lighting, or other features.

You are responsible for reviewing your images before using them and for deciding whether they are appropriate for LinkedIn, resumes, websites, social profiles, or any other use.

Previews, Purchases, and Downloads

We may show watermarked previews before payment. After successful payment, you receive access to watermark-free downloads based on the package you selected. Download links are intended to remain available for a limited time, currently up to 30 days.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not control Stripe and do not store your full payment card number.

Refunds and Support

Because you can review watermarked previews before purchasing, all purchases are generally final once payment is completed and watermark-free files are made available. If something goes wrong with payment, delivery, file access, or generation quality, contact us at help@myprofileguru.com, and we will review the issue in good faith.

Ownership and License

You keep your rights in the photo you upload. You give Profile Guru a limited license to host, process, modify, generate, display, and deliver images as needed to provide the service, process payments, provide support, and maintain security.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any rights held by others, you may use the delivered watermark-free headshots for personal and professional profile uses, including LinkedIn, resumes, portfolio sites, business bios, and social media profiles.

Our Intellectual Property

Profile Guru, the website, branding, interface, prompts, workflows, software, and related materials are owned by Profile Guru, Quiltmind, or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from our platform or materials.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using Profile Guru, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Profile Guru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any generated image will meet your expectations or be accepted by any third-party platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profile Guru and Quiltmind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service unlawfully.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Profile Guru after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
